Our incentive when starting this project was helping people. Our vision throughout creating this project was not just to build beautiful homes, but to add to an enjoyable functional living experience that inspires connectivity with your neighbors and enables facilities for our 21^st century living and work-related needs. I believe in building bridges towards people through new developments and creating a project team containing the right persons to crystalize such projects. I see opportunities when analyzing the current market and believe that, with the right team, visualizing and creating beautiful concepts here in Curaçao is possible. In addition, I’m an avid enjoyer of all the joys offered by nature and the outdoors in Curaçao. The Sint Joris bay area, with its beautiful bay skyline, rugged nature and ever-present fresh breeze, exudes the feeling of freedom. It was important for us to incorporate the senses the surroundings bring about into the Catharina Gardens project.
