Kos Ta Bon NV [KTB] was established by Richard Kos in 2006 with its focal point being home mortgages. KTB has since grown into a multi-discipline company that offers potential home-owners A to Z support to achieve their desired home, among others intermediating as a mortgage broker, offering insurance advice through subsidiary company KTB Life Insurances, building and restoring homes and independent project developments.
Potential home owners of the Catharina Gardens project benefit from a project that provides a complete package deal, from financing your home to designing the interior lay-out according to your needs and desires. Edwin Slieker
Edwin Slieker, Managing Director of Zalka Construction & Consultancy B.V., has over 30 years of engineering, construction, project-management and development experience in the Caribbean. Due to his extensive experience with many major projects among which the current neighboring plantation of Koral Tabak Estates and Hofi Sint Joris development, he was approached to develop the Catharina Gardens master plan, with semi-detached houses build on sustainable principles. In addition, Edwin has a soft spot for the Sint Joris bay area, as he has spent many years enjoying recreational activities such as cycling and kite surfing in the Koral Tabak nature and the Sint Joris bay, up until this day.
